Fatima Ali Naqvi, MD, Certified Medical Director (CMD), Hospice Medical Director Certification (HMDC), Wound Care Certified (WCC) is currently working as an Assistant Professor at George Washington University, Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Naqvi has presented at PALTmed since 2012. She has done workshops, podcasts on Advance Care Planning, Power of Storytelling, Culture of Aging and Bias of Ageism, Difficult Conversations, Burnout prevention, Psychological, Spirituality and Ethnic Assessment. Her presentations are well received. Currently Dr. Naqvi is the President of the local chapter (MMDA) and has served as an Education Chair in MMDA for 3 years in the past.
