Dr. Levine is Chief of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine and a national leader in geriatrics and palliative medicine education. Her scholarship is focused on training and program development to improve care for vulnerable older adults with complex comorbid illnesses. She is an attending physician and Medical Director for several nursing facilities in urban Chicago and has published several papers on the care of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as substance use disorder in these facilities.
