Sophie Clark, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University School of Medicine. She teaches internal medicine and family medicine residents, as well as palliative care fellows and geriatrics fellows in the long-term care setting. In addition, she provides primary care to older adults in a Geriatrics Primary Care clinic as well as on the Acute Care of the Elderly inpatient service.
