Alex Bardakh, MPP, PLC, serves as Senior Director of Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships for the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association, where he helps lead the organization’s robust public policy agenda. In this role, Mr. Bardakh advances advocacy efforts across Capitol Hill and multiple federal agencies, shaping policy that impacts post-acute and long-term care delivery nationwide.

A graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), where he studied Political Science and Psychology, Mr. Bardakh also holds a Master’s degree in Public and Legal Policy. He brings deep expertise in healthcare policy, with a particular focus on payment models and quality-of-care initiatives. A recognized national voice on healthcare policy, Mr. Bardakh is a frequent speaker at major conferences across the country, known for translating complex policy issues into actionable insights.
