Jenn Azen, MD, MPH is a Clinical Associate Professor at Univeristy of Washingotn School of Medicine and is board certified Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine Physician. She works for the UW Medicine Post-Acute Care Service and is the Medical Director for the UW Medical Center Addiction Consult Service. She worked with the Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health in Nursing Facilities to provide substance use disorder education to nursing facilities. She also works in primary care where she provides care for individuals in adult family homes, assisted living, and supportive living.
