Dr. Michele Bellantoni is Professor of Medicine and Clinical Director of the Division of
Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and the
Medical Director of the Specialty Hospital Programs of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical
Center and the Johns Hopkins Medicine Post-acute Care Collaborative. She is a Past President of
the Mid-Atlantic Medical Directors Association and co-chair of the PALTmed council for Certification of Medical Directors
for Post-acute and Longterm Care Medicine. She is chair of the society's Workforce Development Committee.
