As a former Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Clinical across multiple states, she guided clinical teams and facility leadership in patient-centered care, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance. Currently, Kathy trains and educates SNFs on the use of data-driven technology while providing expert guidance on CMS regulations for long-term care.
