Tiffany Tsay, MD, MPH, DABFM, is a geriatrics fellow at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, she specialized in providing technical assistance and analytic support for Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) project awardees focused on reducing hospital readmissions and improving transitions of care. She also supported state agencies in redesigning their Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver programs. Tiffany was part of the PALTMed Falls and Fall Risk CPG writing committee and serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Applied Gerontology.
