PALTC26 Group Registration
NEW THIS YEAR: Groups of five (5) or more save $100 off each registration. Please review the following guidelines before proceeding:
Discount Guidelines
- Save $100 off each registration in groups of five (5) or more individuals from the same organization attending the full conference in person (Same organization means shared email domains, parent organizations, and/or subsidiary sites under a common health system).
- The group coordinator must register the entire group (a minimum of 5 individuals) from their organization together on the same registration for full conference in person attendance and pay for the entire group on a single order with a single credit card payment.
- Group discounts apply only to the full conference in person registration. Group discounts do not apply to on-site registrations, speaker registrations, guest registrations, single-day registrations, pre-conference workshops, the virtual learning track, conference recordings, or the PALTC26 Mixer.
- The pre-conference workshops, conference recordings, PALTC26 Mixer, and/or guest registrations may still be purchased at standard rates when registering your group.
- PALTmed will not retroactively grant group discounts to individuals who register themselves and then later form a group.
- PALTmed will not provide group discounts to individuals in a group who need to pay separately - all group registrations must be paid on a single order with a single credit card payment by a single payor.
- Group registrations will not be available on-site. All group registrations need to be completed by February 25, 2026.

PALTC26 Group Registration FAQ
Q: Can we mix member and non-member rates in one group?
A: Yes. The discount applies to each person's applicable rate.
Q: Can we add someone later?
A: Yes. We understand life happens and someone else on your team may learn they can attend after your group's registration has been processed. Email registration@paltmed.org to receive a code for the person to receive $100 off the individual rate for their individual registration.
Q: What if individuals in our group need to cancel and we drop below five (5) people?
A: If you have other staff who can attend, then you can substitute them for the staff that can no longer attend so you are brought back to or above five (5) people. Substitutions will be taken at any time with notification sent to registration@paltmed.org. Email must include the following details: current registrant's full name and the full name of the replacement person, their credentials, mailing address, and email address. All registration details will be transferred to a new person. Substitution requests received by February 25, 2026 will be processed without charge. Substitution requests received after February 25, 2026 will incur a $25 processing fee.
If you can't find another staff to substitute, no-shows will not receive a refund. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent PALTmed programs.
Q: What if our group can no longer attend and we need to cancel our group registration?
A: Attendee conference registrations are non-refundable. Only guest registrations and ticket session fees are refundable; less an administrative fee of $50. All registration cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to registration@paltmed.org by February 25, 2026, for consideration. No-shows will not receive a refund. Forfeited registration fees cannot be applied to subsequent PALTmed programs.
